A pension payable under—

(a)

the Superannuation Acts 1965 and 1967, as applied by section 128 of the Supreme Court of Judicature (Consolidation) Act 1925 and paragraph 8(2) of Schedule 10 to the Transport Act 1962, to any person in respect of service in the office of President of the Transport Tribunal; or

(b)

Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person in that office.
