A pension payable under—

(a)

the Appellate Jurisdiction Act 1976 (Lords of Appeal in Ordinary); or

(b)

section 14 of the Supreme Court of Judicature (Consolidation) Act 1925 in respect of service of any person as Master of the Rolls; or

(c)

Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person as a Lord of Appeal in Ordinary or Master of the Rolls.
