Coming into force 1st April 1989

The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon the Minister for the Civil Service by section 5(2) of the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971^f1, and now vested in them^f2, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
