Pensions

Coming into force 1st October 2021

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations^f1 in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 72A(2), 77A(3)(a), 77B(5)(a), 307(1)(b) and 315(2) of the Pensions Act 2004^f2.

In accordance with section 317(1) of the Pensions Act 2004, the Secretary of State has consulted such persons as she considers appropriate.
