The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 102(3) and 104(6) of, and paragraph 9 of Schedule 4 to, the Pensions Act 2004^f1, and Article 98(5) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005^f2, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992^f3, makes the following Rules:
