Regulation 9 Suspension of disability living allowance where no claim for personal independence payment made

Where a notified person makes no claim for personal independence payment before the end of the claim period or, where applicable, that period as extended under regulation 8(4) or (6), the person's entitlement to disability living allowance shall be suspended.

The suspension shall take effect on the first pay day after the last day of the claim period or, where applicable, of that period as extended or further extended.
