Section 6 Power of local authority to prosecute.
England, Wales and Scotland
A local authority in F2England or Wales may prosecute proceedings for any offence under this Act committed in the area of the authority.
A local authority in England may prosecute proceedings for an offence under section 2 committed in the area of the authority.
