Section 8 Short title, extent and commencement.

(1)

This Act may be cited as the Pet Animals Act, 1951.

(2)

This Act shall not extend to Northern Ireland.

(3)

This Act shall come into operation on the first day of April, nineteen hundred and fifty-two.
