Article 19 Temporary closure of area of worksI1

For the purpose of carrying out the works the Authority may irrespective of anything in any enactment temporarily close the area of works to vessels at such places within the port as the Authority shall think appropriate.

The area of works shall only be closed to vessels for such period as is reasonably required for the purposes specified in paragraph (1) of this article.
