In section 73 (derelict petrol tanks) of the Public Health Act 1961^f1—

(1)

in subsection (1), for “petroleum spirit” substitute “petrol”;

(2)

in subsection (5), for “section twenty-three of the Petroleum (Consolidation) Act 1928” substitute “section 57 of the Harbours Act 1964”; and

(3)

for subsection (6) substitute—

“(6)
In this section “petrol” has the meaning given by regulation 2 of the Petroleum (Consolidation) Regulations 2014.”.
