Paragraph 23 Fishing and navigationI1
United Kingdom
The Licensee shall not carry out any operations authorised by this licence in or about the licensed area in such manner as to interfere unjustifiably—
(a)
with navigation in any navigable waters; or
(b)
with fishing in or conservation of the living resources of any waters
in or in the vicinity of the licensed area.
