Article 36A Additional requirements for specified state professionalsF1
Any fee prescribed by the Council under article 36(1) in connection with the making of an entry in the register relating to a specified state professional must be—
(a)
reasonable and proportionate to the cost of dealing with such an applicant’s application;
(b)
transparent, and made public in advance; and
(c)
payable by electronic means through the Council’s website.
