In paragraph 3 of Part 2 of the Schedule to the Licensing (Relevant Offences) (Scotland) Regulations 2007f1 (other statutory offences), for “An offence under the Pharmacy Act 1954” substitute “An offence under article 38 of the Pharmacy Order 2010”.
