Paragraph 3 Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975I1 I2

Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975^f1 (excepted professions) is to continue to have effect with the insertion—

(a)

in paragraph 8, of the entry relating to “Registered pharmacist”; and

(b)

in paragraph 8A, of the entry relating to “Registered pharmacy technician”,

(originally made by paragraph 12(a) of Schedule 1 to the 2007 Order).
