Regulation 2 Amendment of the Pig Carcase (Grading) Regulations 1988

by substituting for the definition of “the Commission Decision” in regulation 2(1) thereof the following definition:

““the Commission Decision” means Commission Decision No. 88/234/EEC authorising the methods for grading pig carcases in the United Kingdom^f2, as amended by Commission Decision No. 88/478/EEC^f3”;

by substituting for paragraph 1(iv) of the Schedule thereto (particulars of the occupier of a slaughterhouse to be notified to the appropriate Minister) the following sub-paragraph:

“(iv)

the council of a London borough the name and address of the council.”.
