If an individual, his name and address;

if a joint owner or a partnership, the full names and addresses of the joint owners or partners;

if a company (as defined by section 735(1) of the Companies Act 1985^f1), the full name, registered office and registered number (allocated under section 705(1) of that Act^f2) of the company;

if any other body, the name and address of that body.
