Section 10 Accounts, audit and reports.
Northern Ireland
The Ministry shall keep an annual account showing the income and expenditure of the Development Fund and shall prepare a balance sheet as at the date to which the annual account is made up and shall cause the account and balance sheet to be audited byF1 a person who is eligible for appointment as a F2statutory auditor under Part 42 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Committee shall prepare an annual report, and a copy of the report and of the account and balance sheet certified by the auditor appointed under subsection (1) shall be supplied, either free of charge or on payment of such sum not exceeding [F3 £1] as may be fixed by the Committee, to any person who makes application therefor to the Committee.
