Regulation 18 Dangerous fluidsI1

The provisions contained in regulations 19 to 27 shall apply in relation to a pipeline in which a dangerous fluid is being, or is to be conveyed (in these Regulations referred to as a “major accident hazard pipeline”).

For the purpose of these Regulations a fluid is a dangerous fluid if it falls within a description in Schedule 2.
