Paragraph 3 I1

In section 11 (saving for lines, pipes, sewers etc.) after subsection (1) insert—

“(1A)

The proviso to subsection (1) of this section is subject to section 33(1) of the Planning Act 2008 (exclusion of requirement for other consents for development for which development consent required).”
