In paragraph 10 (protection of land held by statutory undertakers) of Schedule 1 to the M1Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) (Scotland) Act 1947, before “the compulsory purchase order” there is inserted “ and, if the representation is not withdrawn, ”.
