Section 299 is amended as follows.

In subsection (1) for “determination under section 64” there is substituted “ certificate under section 192 ”.

In subsection (2) for “or determination” there is substituted “ or certificate ”.

For subsection (4) there is substituted—

“(4)

Any application made by virtue of this section for a certificate under section 192 shall be determined as if the land were not Crown land.”

In subsection (5)(a) for “determinations” there is substituted “ certificates ”.

In subsection (6) for “determination” there is substituted “ certificate ”.
