The Compulsory Purchase (Vesting Declarations) Act 1981 (“CP(VD)A 1981”) applies to the compulsory acquisition of new rights under section 89—
(a)
with the modifications specified in paragraph 16, and
(b)
with such other modifications as may be necessary.
