In section 1(1)(b) of the Agricultural Land (Removal of Surface Soil) Act 1953 for the words “the Town and Country Planning Act, 1947” there shall be substituted the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.

In section 2(3) of that Act for the words “section seventeen of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1947” there shall be substituted the words “section 64 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.
