In section 4 of the Employment and Training Act 1973—

(a)

in subsection (3)(e), for the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”; and

(b)

in subsection (5)(d), for the words “the said Act of 1971” there shall be substituted the words “the said Act of 1990”.
