(a)

for “the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” substitute “ the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 ”; and

(b)

for “section 37” substitute “ section 57 ”.

In section 28(1) of that Act—

(a)

in the definition of “planning authority”, for “section 1 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” substitute “ section 277(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 ”; and

(b)

in the definition of “planning permission”, for “Part III of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” substitute “ Part III of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (other than sections 55 and 56) ”.
