(1)

In section 32(1) of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979—

(a)

for “the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” substitute “ the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 or the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997 ”; and

(b)

for “the said Act of 1972” substitute “ the said Acts of 1997 ”.

In section 61 of that Act, in the definition of “works” in subsection (1) and in subsection (2)(b), for “the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” substitute “ the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 ”.
