Paragraph 56

In section 54(6) of the Coal Industry Act 1994, for “the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” and “that Act of 1972” substitute respectively “ the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 ” and “ that Act of 1997 ”.

In paragraph 13(1) of Schedule 10 to that Act, for “those Acts” substitute “ that Act ”.
