For section 12(12) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing Operators) Act 1995, in paragraph (b) of the definition of “planning authority”, for “1972” substitute “ 1997 ”.

(2)

For section 14(3)(b)(ii) of that Act substitute—

“(ii)
section 150 or 151 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997;”.

(3)

For section 19(7)(b)(ii) of that Act substitute—

“(ii)
section 150 or 151 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997;”.
