(a)

in subsection (2) as substituted by paragraph 11 of Schedule 6 to LURA 2023—

(i)

in paragraph (a), omit “if the land to which the enforcement notice relates is in England,”;

(ii)

omit paragraph (b) and the “or” before it;

(b)

in subsection (4A), omit “in relation to land in England”.
