Section 288 is amended as follows.

In subsections (1)(b), (2) and (4), omit “or the Welsh Ministers” (inserted by paragraph 16(2) to (4) of Schedule 4 to PWA 2015).

In subsection (10)—

(a)

in paragraph (a), for “or the Welsh Ministers have modified” (substituted by paragraph 16(5)(a) of Schedule 4 to PWA 2015) substitute “has modified”;

(b)

in paragraph (b)—

(i)

omit “or the Welsh Ministers” in the first place it occurs (inserted by paragraph 16(5)(b)(i) of Schedule 4 to PWA 2015);

(ii)

for the words from “made or served” to “named” substitute “made or served by the Secretary of State, the authority named”.
