In section 91—

(a)

in subsection (1)(a), for “the applicable period,” substitute “three years”;

(b)

in subsection (2), if paragraph 6 of Schedule 6 to LURA 2023 is in force—

(i)

in paragraph (a), omit “in the case of an authority in England,”;

(ii)

omit paragraph (b) and the “or” before it;

(c)

in subsection (3)—

(i)

omit “subject to subsections (3ZA) and (3ZB)”;

(ii)

for “expiration of the applicable period, beginning with the date of the grant” substitute “expiration of three years beginning with the date of the grant”;

(d)

omit subsections (3ZA) to (3ZD);

(e)

in subsection (3A), omit “, in respect of the development of land in England,”;

(f)

omit subsection (5).
