(a)

in subsection (1)(a), omit “, the Welsh Ministers” (inserted by paragraph 11 of Schedule 4 to PWA 2015);

(b)

in subsection (5) (inserted by paragraph 6 of Schedule 3 to the Neighbourhood Planning Act 2017 (c. 20)), omit “in relation to land in England”.
