In section 97--

(a)

in subsection (1)(a), omit “, in relation to England,”;

(b)

in subsection (2), if paragraph 8 of Schedule 6 to LURA 2023 is in force—

(i)

in paragraph (a), omit “in the case of an authority in England,”;

(ii)

omit paragraph (b) and the “or” before it;

(c)

in subsection (9) (inserted by section 114(8) of LURA 2023), omit “in England”.
