In section 170—

(a)

in subsection (1)(b), after “the 1997 Act” insert “, or which is a statutory undertaker within the meaning given by section 303 of the 2026 Act”;

(b)

in subsection (3)(a)—

(i)

after “the 1990 Act” insert “, Part 12 of the 2026 Act”;

(ii)

for “the said Part X” substitute “that Part”.
