Paragraph 23 Opencast Coal Act 1958 (c. 69)I1

In section 14, after subsection (8) insert—

“(9)

In the application of subsection (1)(a) to opencast planning permission granted under the Planning (Wales) Act 2026, the reference to use for forestry is to be read as a reference to use for growing timber.”
