after “the Town and Country Planning Act 1990” insert “or the Planning (Wales) Act 2026”;

(b)

after “that Act” insert “of 1990”;

after “(deemed planning permission)” insert “or section 87 of that Act of 2026 (directions granting planning permission)”.
