If paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024 (c. 22) is not in force, in section 28(6)(a), after “Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004” insert “or the Planning (Wales) Act 2026”.
