in subsection (9), in the definition of “public authority”, in paragraph (e), for “local planning authority” substitute “planning authority”;

(b)

in subsection (10), for the definition of “local planning authority” substitute—

““planning authority” (“awdurdod cynllunio”) has the meaning given by section 7 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026;”.
