Section 18 Call-in of applications by Scottish MinistersI1

In section 46 of the principal Act (call-in of applications by Scottish Ministers)—

(a)

after subsection (1) insert—

“(1A)
A direction under subsection (1) may be withdrawn or modified by a subsequent direction.”, and

(b)

in subsection (3), for “this section” substitute “ subsection (1) ”.
