Section 94 Short title, commencement and extent.
(1)
This Act may be cited as the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
(2)
Except as provided in Schedule 4 to the M1Planning (Consequential Provisions) Act 1990, this Act shall come into force at the end of the period of three months beginning with the day on which it is passed.
(3)
This Act extends to England and Wales only.
