In section 23D of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (meaning of “key agency”)—

(a)

after “of” where it first occurs insert “ Part 1A or ”,

(b)

for “a body” substitute “ a person (other than an individual) or an officeholder ”.
