In section 21C (powers to advise on land matters), in subsection (3)—

(a)

omit the “or” at the end of paragraph (b);

(b)

after paragraph (c) insert—

“; or

(d)

a strategic planning panel in making an assessment of land in its strategic planning area which is, in its opinion, available and suitable for development.”
