Paragraph 12 Charging schedule ceasing to have effectI1

(1)
A charging authority may determine that a charging schedule is to cease to have effect.
(2)
CIL regulations may provide that a charging authority may only make a determination under sub-paragraph (1) in circumstances specified in the regulations.
(3)
A determination under sub-paragraph (1) must be made—
(a)
at a meeting of the charging authority, and
(b)
by a majority of votes of members present.
