Paragraph 2 Preparation of charging schedule: methods of calculationI1

(1)

CIL regulations may permit or require charging schedules to adopt methods of calculation specified in the regulations.

(2)

In particular, the regulations may permit or require charging schedules to operate by reference to—

(a)

descriptions or purposes of chargeable development;

(b)

any measurement of the amount or nature of chargeable development;

(c)

the nature or existing use of the place where chargeable development is carried out;

(d)

an index used for determining a rate of inflation;

(e)

values used or documents produced for other statutory purposes.
