Paragraph 2 Land allocated for public functions in plans etc.I1

Land identified for the purposes of public functions by the National Development Framework for Wales.

(2)

This paragraph does not apply to land falling within paragraph 1.

(3)

In this paragraph—

  • “the National Development Framework for Wales” (“Fframwaith Datblygu Cenedlaethol Cymru”) means—

    1. (a)

      the National Development Framework for Wales, or a revised Framework, published under sections 12 to 15;

    2. (b)

      a draft of the Framework that has been laid before Senedd Cymru under section 14(4);

    3. (c)

      a draft of a revised Framework that has been laid before Senedd Cymru under section 14(4) as applied by section 15(3), but not if the Welsh Ministers lay before Senedd Cymru a copy of a notice under section 15(5)(b) that they have decided not to proceed with the revision;

  • “public functions” (“swyddogaethau cyhoeddus”) has the meaning given by paragraph 1(2).
