Control of advertisements regulations may make provision for the keeping of, and public access to, registers containing information relating to applications for consent for the display of advertisements (including information about how they have been dealt with).

Control of advertisements regulations may enable the Welsh Ministers to direct a planning authority to give them information for the purposes of the exercise of any of their functions under the regulations.
