(1)
A plan-making authority may—
(a)
adopt its plan as originally submitted for independent examination if the inspector appointed to carry out the examination recommends that the plan is adopted as originally submitted;
(b)
adopt the plan with modifications if the inspector recommends the modifications.
(2)
A plan is adopted for the purposes of this section if it is adopted by a resolution of the authority.
(3)
A plan-making authority must not adopt a plan if the Welsh Ministers direct it not to do so.
