Section 256 Order to permit trees to be plantedI1

An owner of land may apply by way of complaint to a magistrates’ court for an order requiring another person who has an interest in the land to permit a tree replacement notice to be complied with.

The court may make such an order if it is satisfied that the other person is preventing the owner from complying with the notice.
