Regulation 3 Amendment of the Plant Protection Products (Fees) Regulations 1995

Regulation 2 of the Plant Protection Products (Fees) Regulations 1995^f1 shall be amended by substituting for the definition of “principal Regulations” the following definition–

• ““principal Regulations” means the Plant Protection Products Regulations 1995 as amended by–

  1. (a)

     the Plant Protection Products (Amendment) Regulations 1996^f2;

  2. (b)

     the Plant Protection Products (Amendment) Regulations 1997^f3;

  3. (c)

     the Plant Protection Products (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1997^f4;

  4. (d)

     the Plant Protection Products (Amendment) Regulations 1998;”.
