Where the weight of any thing is measured for purposes in or under the Act, a record in writing must be kept of—
(a)
the result of the weighing process, expressed in the unit of measurement in which the process was carried out;
(b)
the methodology used to carry out the measurement; and
(c)
if the result of the process is expressed in a unit of measurement other than metric units, the calculations showing the conversion of that result into metric units.
